Returning Students

• Submit the non-refundable registration fee.
• Complete the application form below and select “Returning student”
• You cannot register your child(ren) if you have an outstanding balance. (No Exceptions)
• Any payments made will be applied to the outstanding balance first.
• Former students returning to Oakdale from other schools must have all outstanding balances paid in full prior to registration.

New Students

• Complete the application form below and select “New student”
• Schedule your Parent/child interview with Child Care Director/Principal
• Submit the non-refundable registration fee
• Bring in Official birth certificate with verification number
• Bring in Current medical record with complete physical and immunizations

The registration process is not complete until all of the above requirements have been satisfied and all fees have been paid.
